Minutes, not calls
Usage is billed on connected talk time. A 40-second confirmation and a four-minute rescheduling conversation are not the same cost, so the mix of workflows matters more than the headcount of people you are calling.
Pricing
A monthly managed-service fee plus per-minute call usage. Below is exactly what moves that number, what the same work costs in salary today, and what the rest of the market publishes, so you can work out roughly where you sit before you talk to us.
Managed AI calling in Singapore is priced as a monthly fee plus per-minute call usage. Self-serve Singapore providers publish entry prices from around S$288 to S$488 per month for a fixed call allowance. For scale on the other side, a medical or dental receptionist's median monthly gross wage in Singapore is S$2,810 before employer CPF, which is the work the calls are actually coming out of. A managed service, where the provider designs, tests and operates the workflow, is quoted against expected minutes, how many workflows you run, conversation complexity, integrations and operating hours.
Rekindle quotes against your scope rather than publishing a rate card, because a per-month figure with no minute allowance and no defined scope is not comparable between providers. The variables below move a real quote by several times over, and the wage table shows what the same work costs today.
Two businesses making the same number of calls can land several times apart. These are the reasons why.

One reminder flow is a small build. Reminders plus reactivation plus after-hours cover is three conversations to design, test and maintain, each with its own wording, outcomes and escalation rules.
A yes/no confirmation is cheap to run and quick to sign off. A flow that answers a range of enquiries from your knowledge base takes longer to build and needs more review before it goes live.
Capturing an outcome needs no integration. Writing it back to your system, or checking live availability before offering a slot, needs a supported system or custom work, and that is scoped before anything is quoted.
Calls placed inside a defined window are simpler than always-on inbound cover, which has to account for the whole week including the hours nobody is rostered.
Where outcomes land, who gets alerted, how fast a sensitive call reaches a person: the tighter the requirement, the more setup and monitoring it carries.
The useful comparison is not another vendor's plan. It is the hours your front desk already spends on the phone. These are Singapore medians from the Ministry of Manpower's Occupational Wage Survey, not estimates.
| Role | Median monthly gross | Middle 50% range | With employer CPF |
|---|---|---|---|
| Medical or dental receptionist | S$2,810 | S$2,460 to S$3,197 | about S$3,290 |
| Receptionist (general) | S$2,724 | S$1,977 to S$3,349 | about S$3,190 |
| Telephone operator | S$2,523 | S$1,890 to S$3,645 | about S$2,950 |
Median monthly gross wage of full-time resident employees, June 2024, from MOM's Occupational Wage Survey published on data.gov.sg . Gross wage is basic pay plus overtime, commissions and allowances, before employee CPF, and excludes employer CPF and bonuses. The last column adds employer CPF at 17%, the rate for employees aged 55 and below, as an approximation. It still leaves out annual wage supplement, cover for leave and recruitment, so it understates the real cost of the seat.
Rekindle does not replace that person, and we would not sell it that way. A front desk does a great deal an agent should never touch. What a workflow takes off them is the repetitive, scriptable share: the reminder that goes out whether or not anyone had time, the confirmation call at six in the evening, the recall list nobody got to this month. The question worth asking is not whether software is cheaper than a salary. It is what share of that salary the repetitive calls account for today, and whether they are actually getting made.
These are other vendors' own advertised entry prices, not quotes we obtained and not a like-for-like comparison. Read the middle column before the price one: a self-serve tool you configure yourself and a service someone else designs, tests and operates are different products at the same headline number.

Managed AI calling in Singapore is normally priced as a monthly fee plus per-minute call usage. Self-serve Singapore providers publish entry prices from around S$288 to S$488 per month for a set call allowance. The more useful anchor is what the work costs in people: a medical or dental receptionist has a median monthly gross wage of S$2,810 in Singapore, before employer CPF. A managed service, where the provider designs, tests and operates the workflow rather than handing you a builder, is quoted against expected minutes, workflow complexity, integrations and operating hours.
A monthly managed-service fee plus a per-minute rate for connected call time. The monthly fee covers designing the conversation, testing it, running it in production and improving it against live results. We quote after a short discovery conversation, because the same number of calls can differ several times over in minutes depending on what the agent has to do.
For a repeatable, high-volume call type it usually compares well against the loaded cost of additional reception hours, and it scales without hiring. For low call volumes, or calls that mostly need judgement, it often does not make sense, we will say so rather than sell you a workflow that will not pay for itself.
Setup work is scoped as part of the quote rather than hidden. Commercial terms including any minimum period are agreed in writing before anything goes live, and nothing calls a real customer until you have heard the agent and approved it.
Because a per-month figure without a minute allowance and a workflow scope is not a price, it is a number. The variables on this page genuinely move a quote by a large multiple, so we publish the model and what drives it, and give you a real figure once we know which calls you want made.
